What has worked for me in the past - and is totally free! - is
My Fitness Pal. (username carinalee if you wanna be buddies.)
You can track your activity and calories; I think they have every food under the sun.
It is great accountability and you can plug in your goals to keep you on course.
I love that you can use it on your computer, phone, tablet - whatever - and everything syncs
so you can stay on track even on the go.
Another huge part of having energy, boosting your metabolism, and
setting yourself up for success is eating breakfast.
Most mornings I grab a Balance or Luna bar and eat it on the go.
But honestly, a hot breakfast is so much more satisfying, don'tcha think?
Scrambled eggs with broccoli and green onion,
piping hot oatmeal with agave and cranberries...
or this perfect fall breakfast that I found on Eat Yourself Skinny yesterday:
